VIRTUAL MEETING

We are providing any shareholders as of March 28, 2023, the means to join the 19th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (2023 AGM) virtually at https://ctd.bvote.vn/. The virtual meeting will feature the livestream, plus the option to submit votes (the platform will be open at 8:00AM from April 21, 2023 for voting) and write comments/questions in the Q&A session. To join the virtual meeting, shareholder will need to login to the platform using your unique personal account (*) which can be found in the Invitation that was sent to you on April 4, 2023.

(*) Note: All Usernames and Passwords are personal to the individual to which it is issued. Shareholders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password issued and ensuring that each username and password is only used by the individual authorized. Coteccons is not responsible for the case that Shareholders disclose the above information. 

 

LIMITED IN-PERSON EVENT

In addition to the virtual meeting, we expect to accommodate a limited number of shareholders in-person at the 2023 AGM due to capacity restrictions. The physical event will be held at:

  1. Shareholders, who are unable to attend the 2023 AGM or wish to employ an Attorney-in-Fact (it could be anyone who is authorized to act on Shareholder’s behalf or the Chairman of Shareholder’s company) regardless of whether they attend virtually or in-person, are requested to prepare two (02) copies of “Power of Attorney” using this form (download HERE) and submit a copy of it to Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company (IR Team) at 236/6 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 17, Binh Thanh District, HCMC, Vietnam or online at https://ctd.bvote.vn/ no later than 5:00PM on April 18, 2023. COTECCONS JOINS HO CHI MINH CITY IN BUILDING A SAFETY CULTURE

In response to the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) 2026, Coteccons is partnering with the People’s Committee and Department of Home Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City to spread a safety culture, aiming for safe, sustainable workplaces that put people at the center. This year’s Action Month is implemented under Plan No. 11562 of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Plan No. 96 of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee. The 2026 theme emphasizes innovation in management, strengthening the application of science and technology, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence in occupational risk prevention. At the launch ceremony, Vice Chairman Nguyen Manh Cuong stressed that economic growth only has meaning when accompanied by the protection of workers’ lives, health, rights, and legitimate interests. He stated: “A safe working environment not only helps reduce occupational accidents and diseases but also builds trust, strengthens labor discipline, enhances workforce quality, increases productivity, business efficiency, and the competitiveness of the urban economy.” In response to the Action Month on OSH, Coteccons organized the launch ceremony with an interactive booth and exhibition on occupational safety. COTECCONS BREAKS GROUND ON CELESTA GOLD PROJECT: A STRONG “REPEAT SALES” MILESTONE WITH INTERNATIONAL PARTNERS

On the morning of May 7, 2026, the Celesta Gold Project was officially launched with a groundbreaking ceremony along Nguyen Huu Tho Avenue, a strategic growth corridor in Ho Chi Minh City. The ceremony was held in a formal setting with the attendance of Mr. Vo Hoang Lam, CEO of Coteccons BU1, together with representatives of the project developers and business partners.
