The results reaffirm the Company\u2019s efforts in cost control and operational efficiency amid a challenging construction market.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Specifically, the audited FY2025 results highlight the following positive growths:<\/p>\n<p>Consolidated net revenue reached <strong>VND 24,885 billion<\/strong>, an increase of <strong>VND 18 billion<\/strong> compared to the unaudited report, completing <strong>99.5%<\/strong> of the target set at the FY2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM).<\/p>\n<p>Despite industry headwinds such as intense competition and rising material and labor costs, Coteccons effectively controlled expenses and enhanced project execution capabilities. As a result, gross profit rose to <strong>VND 815 billion<\/strong>, up <strong>VND 37 billion<\/strong>, lifting the gross margin to <strong>3.28%<\/strong>, nearly on par with last year\u2019s level (3.39%).<\/p>\n<p>Operating profit reached <strong>VND 533 billion<\/strong>, an increase of <strong>VND 4 billion<\/strong> after audit. The operating profit margin improved to <strong>2.14%<\/strong>, up <strong>0.69 percentage points<\/strong> year-on-year.<\/p>\n<p>Net profit after tax rose by <strong>VND 2 billion<\/strong> compared to the unaudited report, fulfilling <strong>106%<\/strong> of the annual plan. Return on average equity (ROEA) reached <strong>5.09%<\/strong>, a <strong>1.49 percentage point<\/strong> improvement year-on-year.<\/p>\n<p>As of June 30, 2025, Coteccons\u2019 consolidated total assets stood at <strong>VND 29,701 billion<\/strong>, up <strong>VND 118 billion<\/strong> from the pre-audit report and increasing <strong>30%<\/strong> compared to FY2024. The debt-to-total-assets ratio remained low at 10%, reflecting a <strong>healthy capital structure<\/strong> with strengthened financial scale and capacity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Growth Outlook<\/strong><br \/>\nLooking ahead to FY2026, Coteccons sees positive signals from the recovery of the residential construction sector, alongside our expanding presence <strong>in infrastructure, public investment<\/strong>, and <strong>international markets<\/strong>.
