MOU SIGNING CEREMONY BETWEEN COTECCONS & SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC

On October 4, 2023, Schneider Electric Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Coteccons Construction JSC organized a signing ceremony for a laptop and scholarship agreement. The event is within the framework of Coteccons-Lê Phong Bình Dương Half Marathon, which had the companionship of Schneider Electric.

Accordingly, Schneider Electric Vietnam will sponsor 50 Lenovo laptops, each worth 10 million dong, and 25 scholarships, each worth 1 million dong, to help children in disadvantaged circumstances in remote areas.

Currently, Coteccons has awarded a number of computers and scholarships to children at Ho Bon primary and secondary boarding schools for ethnic minorities in Mu Cang Chai district, Yen Bai province, and a cluster of 7 schools, including 3 preschools, 4 primary schools, and secondary schools, through the program “Pick the Moon to the Village,”, belonging to the ESG project chain of Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company. According to the plan, we will continue to donate the remaining gifts to appropriate areas.

COTECCONS PROVIDES UPDATE ON CHANGES IN MAJOR SHAREHOLDER OWNERSHIP

Ho Chi Minh City, May 12, 2026 – Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company (HoSE: CTD) hereby provides an update on the ownership of the Korea Investment Management (KIM) group, which currently holds a 4.13% stake in the Company, based on the latest disclosed transaction reports in accordance with regulatory requirements. This marks the eighth ownership update since KIM became a major shareholder of Coteccons in June 2024, including four increases and four decreases in its ownership ratio. Over the years, Coteccons has received strong support from both domestic and international institutional investors throughout its restructuring journey, as well as in enhancing operational efficiency and strengthening corporate governance. COTECCONS JOINS HO CHI MINH CITY IN BUILDING A SAFETY CULTURE

In response to the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) 2026, Coteccons is partnering with the People’s Committee and Department of Home Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City to spread a safety culture, aiming for safe, sustainable workplaces that put people at the center. This year’s Action Month is implemented under Plan No. 11562 of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Plan No. 96 of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee. The 2026 theme emphasizes innovation in management, strengthening the application of science and technology, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence in occupational risk prevention. At the launch ceremony, Vice Chairman Nguyen Manh Cuong stressed that economic growth only has meaning when accompanied by the protection of workers’ lives, health, rights, and legitimate interests. He stated: “A safe working environment not only helps reduce occupational accidents and diseases but also builds trust, strengthens labor discipline, enhances workforce quality, increases productivity, business efficiency, and the competitiveness of the urban economy.” In response to the Action Month on OSH, Coteccons organized the launch ceremony with an interactive booth and exhibition on occupational safety. At construction sites nationwide, the safety message is integrated into weekly meetings to continue spreading safety culture.
