COTECONS HONORED IN THE TOP 20 FAMOUS BRANDS OF VIETNAM 2024

On July 31st, 2024, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Intellectual Property Association held the “Famous Brands – Vietnam Competitive Brands 2024” certification ceremony. Coteccons was proud to be recognized among the “Top 20 Famous Brands of Vietnam.” 

After three years of restructuring, Coteccons has achieved many impressive business results and has been highly regarded by prestigious domestic and international organizations. Currently, the company leads the rankings of Vietnam’s building contractors (VNR), Best Workplace in the Construction Industry (VBW10), Top 50 Outstanding Enterprises in Vietnam, a constituent of the VNSI Vietnam Sustainability Index (HOSE), and a leader in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (D.E.I.). Additionally, Coteccons is the largest construction enterprise in Vietnam listed in the Fortune Southeast Asia 500. 

 Alongside the title of ” Outstanding Unit” at the WeChoice Awards 2023, this is a remarkable event, as Coteccons—primarily a B2B (Business-to-Business) company and the only construction contractor—was highly rated in an award where B2C (Business-to-Customer) companies dominate. This achievement solidifies Coteccons’ transformation from a B2B company to a B2B2C (Business-to-Business-to-Customer) model, with the goal of becoming a B2C company.

Coteccons’ sustainable development journey has once again been recognized as the Company continues to be listed in the Top 20 companies with the Sustainable Development Index (VNSI) announced by HOSE. The Company has also planted more than 33,000 native trees in areas affected by climate change in Vietnam (Scope 3). COTECONS DELIVERS NORTHERN VIETNAM’S FIRST LEED GOLD TWO-STORY INDUSTRIAL & LOGISTICS COMPLEX – LŌ-GOI YEN PHONG

At Yen Phong II-A Industrial Park, Bac Ninh, Coteccons, as the Design & Build contractor, has successfully delivered the region’s first two-story Industrial and Logistics Complex, constructed to LEED Gold standards—setting a new benchmark for modern, sustainable, and automated logistics facilities PROJECT OVERVIEW The LŌ-GOI Yen Phong Project is Northern Vietnam’s tallest two-story industrial complex, covering more than 139,000 m² of floor space. Each floor reaches 12.5 meters in height, accommodating high-standard racking systems up to 10.5 meters and featuring dedicated ramps for trucks to load and unload directly on the second floor. The floors are built super-flat, ultra-durable, and capable of bearing 3 tons/m², ensuring smooth operation for robotics and automation systems. DESIGN & BUILD EXCELLENCE – SOLVING COMPLEX ENGINEERING CHALLENGES The two-story warehouse model optimizes land use and operational costs. However, this concept remains relatively new in Vietnam—especially with the investor’s requirement for exceptional height—demanding superior design and construction capabilities to meet stringent technical and safety standards. COTECCONS HONORED AS “BUSINESS FOR THE COMMUNITY” AT SAIGON TIMES CSR 2025

Ho Chi Minh City, November 5, 2025 – Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company is proud to be honored as a “Business for the Community” at the Saigon Times CSR 2025 program, organized by Saigon Times Group. This year’s program, themed “Towards a Sustainable Society”, highlights the role of businesses in balancing the three pillars of development: economic growth, environmental protection, and social equity. Coteccons was recognized for its meaningful and sustainable contributions to the community through a series of initiatives in collaboration with the Saigon Times Foundation (STF), focusing on supporting children of construction workers and promoting a spirit of compassion and humanity in society.
