COTECCONS – UNICONS TOGERTHER ACHIEVE A “HAT-TRICK” OF WINS AT THE VIETNAM CONSTRUCTION AWARDS 2025

On October 7, 2025, at the National Convention Center, Coteccons and Unicons were honored in three major categories at the Vietnam Construction Awards 2025, recognizing the companies’ outstanding contributions to Vietnam’s construction industry. 

The event was graced by the presence of numerous distinguished leaders and industry experts, including Dr. Dang Viet Dung – Chairman of the Vietnam Federation of Civil Engineering Associations, Head of the Organizing Committee; Mr. Vu Ngoc Anh – Director of the Department of Enterprise Management under the Ministry of Construction; and Mr. Tong Van Nga – Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Federation of Civil Engineering Associations. The event also featured the presence of top leading economists, including Dr. Nguyen Minh Phong – former Head of the Economic Research Division at the Hanoi Institute for Socio-Economic Development Studies, and Dr. Can Van Luc – Member of the Prime Minister’s Economic Advisory Council.  The event also brought together representatives from provincial Departments of Construction, government agencies, scientists, industry experts, and many enterprises operating in the construction sector. 

According to the Vietnam Federation of Civil Engineering Associations, despite facing numerous challenges, Vietnam’s construction industry continues to affirm its position as a key economic sector, playing an essential role in the nation’s development. In this context, Coteccons and Unicons take pride in being among the country’s leading construction companies, contributing to iconic national projects while continuously evolving through the adoption of digital technologies, advanced engineering solutions, and the enhancement of green construction standards across the industry. 

At this year’s ceremony, Coteccons and Unicons were honored across three prestigious categories:

  • Sustainable Development Construction Company 2025 
  • Outstanding Enterprise in Digital Transformation in the Construction Industry 2025

COTECCONS CONTINUES TO BE HONORED IN THE TOP 20 COMPANIES WITH THE BEST SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT INDEX

Coteccons’ sustainable development journey has once again been recognized as the Company continues to be listed in the Top 20 companies with the Sustainable Development Index (VNSI) announced by HOSE. COTECONS DELIVERS NORTHERN VIETNAM’S FIRST LEED GOLD TWO-STORY INDUSTRIAL & LOGISTICS COMPLEX – LŌ-GOI YEN PHONG

At Yen Phong II-A Industrial Park, Bac Ninh, Coteccons, as the Design & Build contractor, has successfully delivered the region’s first two-story Industrial and Logistics Complex, constructed to LEED Gold standards—setting a new benchmark for modern, sustainable, and automated logistics facilities PROJECT OVERVIEW The LŌ-GOI Yen Phong Project is Northern Vietnam’s tallest two-story industrial complex, covering more than 139,000 m² of floor space. Each floor reaches 12.5 meters in height, accommodating high-standard racking systems up to 10.5 meters and featuring dedicated ramps for trucks to load and unload directly on the second floor.
