On the morning of November 2nd, 2021, Coteccons held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of HT-Pearl project in Di An City, Binh Duong province.
HT-Pearl – a dedicated project of HT-Pearl Building House Investment Company Limited is located at the intersection of 3 most vibrant economic centers in the South: Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong and Dong Nai Province. The project has a construction scale of more than 120,000m2 with 2 towers of 35 floors. After the project is completed, it promises to be a shining pearl in the East Real Estate area of Ho Chi Minh City and the center of Di An City, Binh Duong Province.
Attending at the ceremony, Mr. Le Van Vu – representative of Dat Xanh Dong Nam Bo Services And Investment Joint Stock Company said: “The communication and distribution team of Dat Xanh’s HT-Pearl project is empowered and proud to have the companionship of the general contractor Coteccons. The HT-Pearl project has a gathering of leading brands, from design, construction, operation; creating the highest standards is the highlight of the project”.

Also at the ceremony, Mr. Bolat Duisenov – Chairman of the Coteccons’ Board of Directors said: “We are honored to accompany the HT-Pearl project. In every project, we never compromise on issues related to quality, safety and we always do our best to complete the project according to the committed schedule. Especially, the HT-Pearl project will be the first project we set another standard in construction, which is the application of solutions for sustainable development, minimizing impact on the environment, and building eco-friendly sites. Beyond the value of construction works, Coteccons accompanies HT-Pearl to create a space that brings new vitality as the saying “Where there is good land, the birds perch”, that will be the value that Coteccons commits to bring to the investor of the HT-Pearl project.”

Along with the trend of the world, sustainable, humane and environmentally friendly development will be more interested in Coteccons’ projects. Inspired by the investor, Coteccons proposed an initiative “Where there is good land, the birds perch” to create a sustainable, environmentally friendly living environment and natural ecosystem at the HT-Pearl project.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Lan – Deputy General Director of Coteccons shared: “At Coteccons, we build works, change the face of the country, promote urbanization, but the effects on the environment are inevitable. We will begin to take responsibility for those influences. Specifically, the process of urbanization directly affects the habitat and food of urban birds. Urban bird populations are declining mainly due to lack of nesting places and less insect food sources. We will coordinate with partners to design, build, and bring back the bird’s nests to buildings, specifically at the HT-Pearl project for the first time. In addition, Coteccons will also launch messages and campaigns calling on the community to build a humane, environmentally friendly and close to nature lifestyle.”

Accordingly, Coteccons is honored to be the general contractor for structural, M&E and finishing works. It is expected that the construction will take 15 months and handover will begin in the first quarter of 2023.
With the capacity and experience gained over the past 17 years, Coteccons quickly implemented the construction right after signing the contract and received the handover of the site. Setting double standards on construction safety throughout and ensuring progress and quality is the commitment of the site management under the leadership of Site Manager Mr. Nguyen Tan Luan.
